by binding all talismans to all altars For free players and members! If you have the requirements of 50 runecrafting and have completed Rune Mysteries quest you can enter the Runecrafting Guild. It is located at the Wizard’s Tower, on the second floor there is a portal right by the staircase. Inside the guild you can show Wizard Elriss your talismans and she will make you a omni-talisman that will be good for all altars
